Shipping, Exchanges & Returns

Shipping Rates:
Mini items - £1.50 (laces, socks etc...)
Mini & Small items (up to 7 working days)  - FREE
Small items (2-3 working days)  - £3.99 (packs of 4 wheels, helmets etc....)
Small items (Next day service) - £4.99 (packs of 4 wheels, helmets etc...)
Large items - £6.00 (skates, knee pads etc...)
Collection from store - FREE
Shipping rates will automatically be calculated during checkout 
We aim to post all of our orders within 24 hours of ordering, and generally no later than 48. If we are waiting on stock to arrive we will always contact you to let you know.
Orders between £20-£75, Are eligible for FREE SHIPPING! This service can take up to 7 working day's.

UK Mail offer a fully tracked, next day service (when ordered before midday and product in stock) and will email or text you to give you an hour time slot for delivery (as long as you provide us your contact number during checkout).

Please specify in order notes whether you are happy for a neighbour to receive it, or have a safe place for the courier to leave it.

UK Orders over £100 are FREE.

Returns:

If you have any questions or concerns regarding our exchange/return policy then please contact us BEFORE placing your order.
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for a return or exchange.  All exchanged and returned items must be in unused original condition with original packaging. Please email us for return instructions and a returns number.  Please do not ship any returns without first notifying us and getting a returns number.
Items that can NOT be returned or exchanged:
Used/worn skates.
Custom skate packages (skates for which you have selected the components separately and had mounted by us or elsewhere).
Special order items.
Custom boots (this includes custom colors, widths, sizes, etc).
Custom mounted boots..
Non-stock items.
Items that state in the product description that they may not be returned nor exchanged.
Sale, clearance, and close out items.
If you are unsure if your purchase will be return-able please contact us in advance to find out.
Exchanges:
We will exchange items that do not fit properly, but they must be unworn and in brand-new condition, with all original packaging.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Any items returned not in perfect, re-saleable condition will be returned to the customer at their expense.
If you order the wrong size in a stock boot or skate, you are responsible for shipping
Mistakes can happen so If we send you the wrong size then please let us know and we will cover the shipping cost and get you the right item, as soon as we receive the incorrect item from you.
Returns:
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Damaged/Defective Items:
We will replace the damaged item or refund your money, but we must receive the damaged item back before store credit, exchange, or refund is issued.
Some suppliers will request photographs of faulty items, to save time please attach photographs of the fault/damage when contacting us

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
